Hi furry pet owners. Unfortunately we've had to come up with some policies that too effect in January. I wanted to go on depth here what those policies are and why we had to make them. Over the years our clientele has gotten bigger, there fore we've had to become more strict on appointments to be on time. Several times we have set up appointment and customers haven't shown up and that same day other clients have called to make an appointment but couldn't accommodate them because we were are expecting the appointments. One of the new policies is if you are more than 30 mins late or a no -show there will be a $5.00 fee. Our 2nd policy is that you will have 1 hour and 30 mins to pick up your pet after the initial call or voicemail that your pet is ready. Due to running out of kennel space and customers dropping off their dog early and picking them up late afternoon, we will be charging a boarding fee, which will include us taking them for a walk. We hope you can understand us and that you allow us to continue serving your pets!!
