Hi furry pet owners!!! Lately we have been getting a lot of remarks, how we are always busy or cant take you in when you walk in, or how long we have been taking. We wanted to let you know there's a solution to this and what are the things we need from you guys in order to keep the flow going. We are not by appointment only, we do take same day appointments and walk in's. The problem that we are having is that we are trying to accommodate everyone but not having enough staff members because no one called to make an appointment the day before.The staff members are not on call. If our appointment book looks empty for the next day, then we only have one or two people coming in. We'll have a receptionist and groomer. We would hate to make our shop by appointments only, so we are asking that you try to make an appointment the day before, so we know how many staff members we need. People with appointments have priority on getting done first, then same day appointments and the walk in's. I hope this helps and hopefully become steady enough to never make the shop by appointment only!
